Still Alive

Can someone believe London with a 33 degree celcius night at this time?

11/11/2006. Autumn(which actually means its as cold as winter).

No? I can't either. Someone has messed up the system I think.

Its taken from my desktop. London, 33 degree celcius and its raining outside. I'm missing home now.

Anyway, its been a while since I last wrote something here! I forgot the password to log in to blogger, and it took me a while to figure out wat to click so that I can post a new entry. Just got my internet connection (after a month for goodness sake). How did I survive?

Definitely not studying. That reminds me, I have plenty of studies to catch up.

Thanks for still coming to this page. Get you some sweets next time =)! (you definitely get some Uebel)

Hard Gay

Design project, stressful! =(

We feel extremely lifeless and stressed up everyday with our design projects. To do things that we are not familiar with at all. To learn to master things that is out of our field of studies in a day or two is really driving our brain nuts!

Etc etc etc....

This entry, however, is not to complain about our work. I am here to focus on how we cope with our stress level. Too much of hydrogen buses, waste management and robotic vacuum cleaner, hence, we turn to Hard Gay to destress ourselves.

TRY!

Exam stress? No problem... Hard Gay will help!

Coursework stress like us? No worries, we have Hard Gay!

The latest idol of 122A: HARD GAY!!! HOOOO!!!

T_T 1 Litre Of Tears

I don't normally cry after watching movies, or dramas.

In fact, I have never. And most of the time, I watch shows with a bunch of friends. So, sometimes horror movies become comedy to us, and the effect of sad movies doesn't seem to have any influence on us. Probbaly due to the companion, and also the conversation that arises during the movies that has calmed the tensed up emotion that we have.

But not this one.

1 Litre Of Tears (Ichi Rittoru no Namida).

The first drama I have shedded my tears on (together with 3 other guys).

Truly highly recommended.

It's not like some tragic korean dramas which have little sense. This is tragic, upsetting, yet thought provoking. The tears are shedded because of Aya (the leading character), Aya's thought, Aya's family, Aya's friends, and above all, the positiveness that she held throughout the whole 11 episodes.

I believe I would have depression now, if it is not because of Aya's father's hilarious jokes and actions in the drama.

The impact of this show is so strong, I believe, not only because it is based on a true story, the drama has also portrayed that it is something extremely unfortunate that could happen to anyone, anyone of us (touch wood) without any explanation, any cause, or any reason. And when it happens, how would we actually face such a cruel fact?

Just some after thoughts.

The fact is, I am still not able to clear my mind and move on. When I had my nap just now, the scenes of the drama kept on resurfacing on my head.

I need some laughter to cheer me up. Or at least, a few days.

Warning / Reminder:

If you want to release some tension and shed some tears, watch alone. 11 episodes, in 1 shot.

I haven't actually watched any sad movies with girls but according to expert Wee Yow, he reminds girls to prepare more tissue because he wetted his towel.

Guys? Have some companion (like what we did) to have the minimal effect. It is only minimal.

Take breaks in between.

What else?

Must watch. -Recommended by XQ, Yinky, Wee Yow and Goo-

And XQ are currently on search for some hilarious dramas so that we could have some therapy.

We lousy? You watch and tell us. *sob sob*

Working Together For A Safer London

Last night, Vilex and I were working together with the Metropolitan Police for a safer London. And, we were extremely proud to receive this acknowledgement from the Metropolitan Police.

Thanks.

We want a safe London.

----------------------------------------------------

Due to the group design project, we needed to scan some documents and drawings urgently to send to someone. And because there isn't any device called a scanner existing in 118A and 122A, we traveled to the library to have the documents scanned at 11:00 pm.

Yes, it was 11:00 pm. 23:00. I couldn't believe I was still going to uni at this hour, even after my exams. My life is sick!

I want to capture those people who are having holidays now, and own their holidays!

So yeah, we took a bus there, and by the time everything was accomplished, it was already 12:30 pm and the last bus back to our area was 12:20 pm. In frustration, we decided to climb over the fence of Hyde Park, and walk through the big pavement back to our place.

It was Vilex's first time. Well it wasn't mine because I had walked a few times with Patrick at midnight back to our house during our library session. It wasn't too bad to be frank. Obviously it is dodgy but when there's a company, it was alright, and it wasn't actually entirely dark. The night in London seems to be a bit orangy. Nothing happened to us before and we always reached home safely.

So, Vilex and I decided to take a short cut, climb through the locked gate, and walk back. It's really annoying when the alternative route would actually take us 40 minutes to 1 hour to get us back. And this way, spend us at most 20 minutes.

So, we walked, and walked, and talked. Just when we were discussing whether to climb through the fence or not at the exit, we saw a patrol car in front of us.

The headlights of the patrol car was off. Suddenly they went on, started flashing on us, and eventually the patrol car stopped next to us.

Obviously, we had to stopped as well.

2 words came to my mind at that moment : Hailat!
2 words went to Vilex's mind at that moment : Hamchat!

Two police officers came down, and started talking to us individually.

These are a few conversations that I recall we had.

Police: Hey young man, how did you get in here?
Me: Err.... I er.... climbed...?
Police: Do you know this place is locked and closed for a reason? When its closed, you are not allowed to come in.
Me: Yes I know (worrying face started to appear).
Police: Do you know you are offencing the law?
Me: I'm sorry but because I was in a rush, so I took a short cut back instead (had to fake a bit of stories).
Police: Yes, I understand but still, you are not allowed to do so.

He took out some forms,

Police: Well now that you have offended the law, and I have stopped you here, I need to do some paper work, have a record about you now. I need your details.

I was thinking, wahlau a summon? A fine? Court summon? OMG how I wished I was in Malaysia, then everything will be settled by RM50 (and then I get to go home safely).

Me: Yes sure alright you can have my details (HELL NO! I DON'T WANNA BE A CONVICT!)
Police: Alright, do you have any ID with you?
Me: (Passing him my student ID) Will I get any problem with this?
Police: If you are in trouble, you will definitely know at the moment when we stop you. It's just a record that we need to do, you know, whenever we stop or seach people. It's normal. You are not in any trouble.
Me: (A BIG BIG BIG BIG SIGH OF RELIEF.......) Oh alright. Phew.

So I was wrong. Metropolitan police are better than the kopi police in Malaysia. They don't charge and we are told directly we won't get into trouble. Malaysian police? Even if it's not offencing they would scare you with some words and try to con some kopi money. I have experienced too much of this on traffic last time. -_-

So this is how I was "acknowledged". With my big name on it.

The conversation continued:

Police: So what are you studying?
Me: Civil Engineering.
Police: You plan to stay here after graduation?
Me: Well, that really depends, if I could get a job here.
Police: You like London?
Me: Yeah well, it's not too bad actually. I kinda like it here. But the weather is horrible. It gets really freezing cold during winter.
Police: It's actually alright now. Back then when I was young, it was definitely much colder. Froze my ass off.
Me: Really? The other thing is, there is no spring this year. It just skipped from winter right to summer.
Police: Yeah, there is no seasons in London.

*This kinda conversation is more likely to occur when I sit and talk to some random uncle in some random kopitiam when I am buying Chu Cheong Fun.*

Police: So you know what you shouldn't have done yeah!
Me: Yes definitely, I am so sorry.

What have I done in a police's perspective? Read this.

Police: Of course I know you are not trying to cause any trouble here. But it can get really dodgy at night in Hyde Park. You might get robbed, stabbed or any crazy thing could happen. You get what I mean?

He knew I was harmless. Hence the N's below.

Police: Don't do this again next time young man. Just for your info, some guy was robbed here and the robbers were only 12 years old. So you know, it can get really dangerous out here.
Me: 12 years old? (I said it with a bit of laughter, coz I haven't heard of such stories before)
Police: Don't laugh.
Me: ............. (silent)
Police: Well of course I know you are not laughing because you think it's funny. You think it's ridiculous to have such young robbers running around in Hyde Park at night. I understand. It's true though. Just don't do this again alrite.
Me: Yes definitely.

Police: Basically London is a very safe place but at night, it's different stories.
Me: Yes I think so too (my ass!)

Frankly, I was expecting them to send Vilex and I home since they had a patrol car and also, since they sounded it was really dangerous out here, they might give us a free ride back!

Police: Alright mate. Don't do this again yea. Don't climb through the fence in front. There is a cut through at the left side of the gate. Take that way.

Then they went into the car, and drove off.

-_-

Apparently, Vilex said his officer was much stricter and very serious towards him. Freaked him out a bit.

Mine? Because he at the first place reassured me I wouldn't get into any trouble, I was more of talking to him casually without so much worries. =)

But what to say? We were lucky not to be summoned.

We were glad! We worked with 2 friendly (maybe 1) officers to keep London safe. That is what every resident in London should be responsible of! And I have just relished this responsibilities of mine! I am proud!

Yea right. Lucky bastard I am.

Short note:

When I went back home, I took a careful look at this copy of record he gave me. Scroll up to the 2nd picture, you will realise that I was stopped for a code D (stop code). So I turned to the other page, and tried to find out what was stop code D.

SOLI!!!

I was thinking, what? What did I carry? What offensive weapon? My bag? Or my ass?

And then I realised, there was another box section below, which indicated "Stop Code".

Oh, I referred to the wrong side. Phew.

Stop Code D: To investigate suspected crime/disorder/anti-social behaviour.

Please please tell me, I will be safe, I won't be summoned to court, I won't be black-listed, I won't be labelled a convict, I am still an innocent citizen of this world (think I was no longer one when I bribed the traffic police in Malaysia).

Okok, at least still an innocent citizen in London. Please tell me! Lawyers? Engineers? Doctors? Psychologists? Anyone? I need some reassurance from professions.

01:02:03 04-05-06, And More....

01:02:03 04-05-06

The date which occurs only once in a century. An outdated post, I know.

But it was a special day for not one, but two of the Queensway comrades! =)

Patrick's 23rd and XQ's 22nd birthday.

In addition, the Civil Engineering people's exams on the next day. -_-"

But lets skip the exams part since it's already over! Jasmine and Cheryl ".......BAKED......." ( to be more exact, they bought a cake which was BAKED and sold in a pastry shop) a cheese cake and organised a celebration to surprise the two birthday birds (??).

Happy 23rd Birthday to Patrick! You are an old fart now! Hahaha... In fact, he is the oldest among us. Older than Jasmine. =P

Happy 22nd birthday to our computer genius and technician of 118A and 122A, Xue Quan!

As you know, 118A and 122A always promote harmonious, and ermm... gayness?

A group photo of us!

The girls were having some serious discussion. Never mess with them. Even the guys had to stand aside and let them settle their issue.

Exams stress, hence the spastic group picture! You can evaluate our stress level by analysing each person's level of spastic-ness.

XQ has seriously turned gay. He was grabbing Wee Yow's waist.....

And Wee Yow was definitely enjoying it!

The girls were obviously bursting in laughter because their exams hadn't started yet at that moment.

Hong Ling was lying on Patrick's broad and comfortable chest. Wonder how often they did that when Jasmine hasn't come back?

Vilex and Yinky? Sigh... They seemed so relieved and well prepared. Brainy, what to do?

Me? Ok ignore me I was kinda out of place I think.

But it was definitely a break that all of us needed to breathe, apart from lecture notes and past papers. The cheese cake was also what we needed, other than Red Bull we consumed. And as expected, back to studies right after the 2 hours break. =.=

Since I am at the topic of birthday parties, these are a few parties that I have attended throughout the year.
(Some didn't come with pictures, so are not shown here.)

Jon's birthday.

When the semester just started.
When everyone still looked fresh and energetic.
When everyone was still free from coursework and busy time table.

PE2'02, as crazy as ever!

------------------------------

Your brother, me and my 21st birthday!

Remember it's 24th of January.

One of the pictures that covers most numbers of people who attended the dinner.

Err... ghost. *run*
=P

Gayness, again. Why err?
(My birthday is 24th of January)

Me and my birthday cake. A big thank you, deep from my heart!
(My birthday is 24th of January)

I was happy enough to french kissed the cake because the guys didn't intend to bash the birthday boy, me up or menge-tiangkan (carry a person, with his legs wide open and hit the pole/door/pose and etc. on the middle part over and over again, its over and over again to be noted) me.

*Sigh of relief*
(My birthday is on 24th of January. I bet you remember now. Thanks in advance for the presents and wishes and cards and cash!)

A group photo of us in the Mexican Restaurant.

Move to the next one.

Buzzer? (if I remember his name correctly, or Buzzy? Buzz? Bush?)

Yes we were at Planet Hollywood for Cheryl's 22nd birthday.

The group picture of the Queensway comrades!!

This was Chinese New Year dinner. We had a big feast in Chinatown, thanks to organizer Matthew.

I was holding the camera.

And after the dinner, I went to make some donation to Hard Rock. Urghhhh....

Yu Yhong's 16th (self claimed) birthday! We were in a Thai Restuarant.

Yu Yhong, the flatmate who is seldom at home. *Ahem*

-----------------------------------------------

This was Santa Clause's Birthday on the 25th of December. No? Sorry.

This was taken during Christmas.

Me. Definitely not acting cool. I was just standing.

And we had a marvellous feast! Spent 2 days to prepare a roast turkey, mashed potatoes, macarone cheese (which didn't turn out well thanks to Mr. Lau) and etc. Quek, Ze Cheung, Ze Han and Mr. Lau were down for Christmas.

Definitely had a great time!

Not to forget Mr. Lau's gay dance! Shall show it in another post if there is a chance, and of course, if he doesn't mind.

He obviously wouldn't mind if it will attract any girls to him. Girls? Nickie? Ashlynn? Is he your cup of tea? (4th from the left) or any others?

DUMBbell and DUMBme

So what do you think a dumbbell is used for?

Making you look like this?

(Woooo.... Check out the biceps and the 6 pacs.... Even I am drooling too....)

Other than that, let me show more of what the dumbbell in my house is capable of.

I was on the way to pick up my laundry last night, when I recevied a call from Mr. Lau. So we chatted about how life's going, how suckie exams was, and also, I was asking about Isle Of Wight because he has been there before.

I am not sure about others. But when I am on the phone, I will do something or take something which is within my reach and play with it.

E.g.

When I am holding a pen, I begin writing lots of characters in chinese and english on a piece of scrap paper.

Or,

I play around with my calculator by pressing the button 1 for 1000 times.

What else?

I take out my rings, play with them, wear them back, play with them, wear them back.... goes on and on until the phone call is over.

Yea, so these are a few examples of stuff that I do when I am talking on the phone. It is not like I am showing disrespect to the people I am talking to. I would say, it's more of me having itchy hands.

So guess what was within my reach last night when I was on the phone?

Yes, the bloody dumbbell.

I was rolling the dumbbell back and forth with my right feet, while I was on the phone with Uncle Lau. And I guess I was a bit hyper during the conversation (you know what Mr. Lau is capable of, he is damn good in arousing people, esp male -_-).

Rolling it back and forth, I suddenly saw this section of wall beneath the mirror of the wardrobe. By exerting a little force, I was aiming to roll the dumbbell and hit the wall section by the path shown below.

And yeah! I was actually very accurate because the dumbbell went the exact route that I wanted it to.

The problem is, I overestimated the gap which the dumbbell has to go through to hit the wall. Hence, instead of hitting the wall, it hit the mirror.

YES! IT BLOODY HIT THE BLOODY MIRROR! AARRRGGHHHHHHH........

And immediately, "Krrraannnggg"! And the mirror cracked.

I was stoned at that instant. Really stoned. More stoned than the moment when I looked at the exam papers and didn't know any hell about it.

Me: Fuck! Chau hai I broke the mirror!!!! OMG...
Mr. Lau: Hahahaha.... You gao dim your thing lar I speak to you later bye.
Me: ....................

Damn it! He was the one who aroused me and he just hung the phone without showing me any concern. -_-

I was seriously doomed at that moment. I took a closer look at the cracked mirror, and almost had depression.

What struck me was, Shit how much am I going to pay for this damage I have caused? I wasn't overworried at all. Look at the length of the mirror.

And once it had any minor crack, the whole thing has to be replaced! My mind went blank and I sat in front of the mirror, stoned.

The feeling was like, when Riquelme missed the 90th minute penalty against Arsenal that lead Arsenal to the Champions League Final.

XQ heard some sound (possibly the cracking sound, or the DIU from me) and came into my room to check out what was going on. After seeing the crack, his response was:" OMG Ah Goo, Soli! Seong seong!"

Yinky:" Don't think about it don't think about it!"

Wee Yow:" I think you can prepare 200 quids for replacement now."

-_-"

So I found out who I actually should not go to talk to when I was in deep shit. When I needed thousands of comforts. Hahaha....

I could no longer continue with my work and my brainstorming at that moment because I was seriously very bothered by the fact that I have to pay a big amount of money to replace it. It is a bloody big piece of mirror! Sigh....

After doing some googling online checking the market price of a custom made mirror, I was estimating, 100 quids perhaps?

And I just realised that, I had been really, really overoptimistic with my price estimation. T_T

I spoke to Jasmine moment ago and she told me last year when she accidentally broke the glass of the window, she paid 70 quids for it.

That was not the end of the case. She shared a room last year, and hence, 70 quids is half of the amount that had to be paid.

140 quids for the piece of glass on the window? How about my big piece of mirror? Gonna cost me a nuclear bomb!

But at least, at this moment, I have accepted the fact that I broke the mirror and I am ready to pay a sum of money. If she told me that last night, I could have sat in front of my wardrobe, stoned until spider web starts growing on me.

Brothers! Sisters! Please! It's either you guys raise a charity fund to help me, or give me any information (address or phone number) if there is any cheap labour out there to help me to attach a new piece of mirror back to the wardrobe, because according to Jas, it's actually the labour that is costly, but not the mirror itself.

Or, probably I need to suck up to my landlord so that he could possibly pity me, and charge me less for the replacement, or even give me free! (Yah dream on....)

Cheap labour! Anyone knows any cheap labour? Cheap Cheap Labour! Please contact me!

By the way, please do not provide me cheap labour with Malaysian address, or phone number that starts with 012, or 016. Thanks.

Another Research Project Maybe?

Our 3rd year group design project has just started and we have already working our ass off. And it is going to carry on for four more weeks.... -_-

Will talk a little more about the group design project later.

When do people use handphone?

When they wanna make phone call? Okay.
When they wanna play games? Okay.
When they wanna take pictures? Okay.
When they wanna listen to songs? Okay.

What else?

When they are extremely bored in class.

We had our 4th year subjects briefing today and there were 12 subjects to be briefed in 3 hours! It was utterly boring, with the lecturers coming in and out by taking turns, giving an overview of the syllabus of each related subjects.

Yes I know we should always appreciate these kinda effort from them. But sometimes when it's really boring, it can't be helped. It's like, sometimes we don't even feel like wasting a second of our life when a salesman can't even sell his product (which often happens in KL when we are eating out).

Bored! So what do we do?

Play with the phone! To be honest I have no idea what they were doing with the phone but it was more of like, pressing pressing, moving the cursors, looking at the screen, and putting them back to the pockets.

And more. Our brother Hong Ling. Well I suspect he was texting Jasmine.

HL: What to cook today dear?
Jas: Up to you lor dear!
HL: Dear decide lar!
Jas: Dear.........

*shudders* Sorry I cannot continue... Although I overheard lots of these conversations of theirs (it is overheard ok! O-V-E-R-H-E-A-R-D!).

Hahaha... Andy was caught red-handed too! Not sure what he was doing with his phone? Have a clearer look on the next picture.

Well, I think he was taking some pictures of the professor. He probably has some fetish over old, knowledgable, male professors. =)

Ohh, back to Hong Ling again. They haven't decided what to cook yet I think.

Hahaha... Mona too was playing around with her phone.

And at the end of the day, I was the one who was the most boring person who had nothing better to do because I was capturing people playing with their handphones, with my handphone. Why? Simply because they are lousy sales person! =P

As you could have noticed on the previous picture, there was someone sleeping. Yeah the design project was too stressful as it is carried out right after our exams. When there isn't any time to recuperate, work starts to pile up again.

I am paired up with Vilex and we are currently working with another 8 people over a research project with the title: Hydrogen Economy. As you know I am currently pursuing my tertiary studies on Civil Engineering. Frankly, I don't see any "c-i-v-i-l" or "e-n-g-i-n-e-e-r-i-n-g" related to our topic, at all. It is really cracking my brain. Loads of background reading to be done and I basically have drained up all the fluid in my brain. I need a HOLIDAY!

And guess what? Our group is going to Isle Of Wight this coming Monday for site investigation purpose. Yay! I can add one more entry to my "Place I Have Been To" list. Other than that, thousands of sighs....

They are not much better. Patrick and Hong Ling had their site visit trip to Tower Bridge area for 3-4 hours, on the first day of the design project. The day when the handout was given out. The day when we were allocated into groups randomly. The day when we were given briefing on the design project. The FIRST day itself.

Hence we have this during today's subject talk session.

Yinky and Wee Yow were allocated into a group to design the municipal waste management for Cyprus. The WHOLE Cyprus, they emphasized.

What should I say? They are lucky bastards because a site investigation is not possible! =P

But still, they work like crazy too! Proof:

So, just when I was giving out an impression that I was enjoying life after exams, I was totally, utterly wrong. Feel so stressful everyday with all the work to be done. I think the worst thing is I need a lot of reading so that I can get more insight on Hydrogen Economy. Read Read Read! Again, I have had enough reading for my exams. Sigh...

One thing I feel good about the design project is, it gives a true feeling of professional working life. My leader, Mike has done a good job in organising. The leadership, I think I need 10 more years to obtain his ability. -_-"

The feeling of this project is like, The Apprentice! We have to work in group and everyone has to contribute to lead to success. I personally am lack of knowledge of this field we are working on, hence I am trying to compensate with a bit more of hard work. Hopefully I won't be the first one to be fired!

You are fired!
Kamu sudah di-api!

You are fried-sotong!
Kamu sudah digoreng sotong!

Hopefully the Isle Of Wight trip will be fun. At least, a good weather I pray.

Football Madness

Today I realise, football is a men's game. Not trying to be sexist (I can feel thousand pairs of women's eyes staring at me furiously), but when it comes to physical term, I feel it's kinda true, not?

Was supposed to go for football in Hyde Park yesterday right after the guys' last paper, but our "Mourinho Tan" aka Vilex was too sleepy for even a casual kick about. I was kinda disappointed because I was already warming up in front of my com before their return. Hahaha... So now you know how free I am now... Kakakaka...

But oh well, we ended up going to Misato, and then Hard Rock Casino. I was glad I did some donation to the "charity". -_- Darn...

Anyway, we sticked to our postponed football plan today. Not only we sticked to it, we somehow "oversticked" to it. lol.

So there were 5 of us: Patrick, Wee Yow, Yinky, Vilex and I. We had a 2 vs 2 + a goalkeeper game among ourselves for almost an hour. Yea I know its pathetic we didn't even have enough people to at least play a 3 vs 3.

We played until we almost puked. Think it was because we haven't been coming out for exercises for about, a month plus or so. I was actually worried that I would get cramped (I skipped my warm up today kekeke) but fortunately, I didn't. And the clumsy little me, was lucky enough not spraining my ankle (again).

On our way back to puke, we met Julian (senior) and a friend of his playing football as well. More pathetic, 2 of them. So actually it wasn't that bad for us.

So guess what? Yeah we ended up playing a 3 vs 4, despite the fact that we were almost drained out.

Just when we were about to feel like puking again because of our lack of stamina, a bunch of guys came and invited us to play together. We were cursing behind why didn't they come like, 2 hours earlier? Damn we were already drained out completely!

And what? We played with them again for 1 hour plus.

That's when I had a massive clash with a size-R guy. R stands for Rugby. And after the clash, I had a dramatic fall and rolled on the grass. At that moment, I finally understood why Drogba had those dramatic falls so often. It's real, trust me, he wasn't faking. Because I wasn't too.

We clashed on each other when both of us were running for the ball. People who play sports with me would know I run recklessly (like a fly without its head) and so as the R.
Momentum = mv
Force = ma
The impact was massive, and I hurt my thigh by hitting his hip bone. Ouch!!!

Let me give you some idea of the picture of the clash between a small guy and a R guy.

Our size difference is something like this:

Ok well maybe not such a drastic difference.

Look at this guy below:

Don't ask me why he was wearing goggles on the picture. A long story. But look at his size.

Not clear? Let's have a comparison:

That's Cheryl with Patrick. So you roughly know how gigantic Patrick is.

The R guy, is bigger than him. -_-

After the clash, I lied on the grass for a while, and could barely run and play again. The fatigue + pain on my thigh was killing me but I truly enjoy the football game (freaking 3 hours!!!) today! Though we were owned like crazy by those guys. Geeesh...

Now, I am feeling worse. The fatigue. The pain on my thigh. And, the indigested Super Size XL Double Whopper Value Meal is flowing around in my stomach. Urgh... and feel like sleeping too.

But I don't plan to sleep so early. Jasmine's "Sleep Early Rise Early" theory doesn't work on me. =P

Before I end, there is another indoor football session in Wilson House tomorrow. I seriously feel that it's quite possible we will end up going there again, in spite of the fact that all of us were already walking like terkangkang tortoise to BK just now.

That's what we call, football madness. =)

Fitness Level - [III 2% ] *recharging*

Dance Dance

Last night before I went to bed, Jasmine told me, sleep early, rise early and lead a healthy lifestyle. I did! Well, to be more exact, I did the first 2, the 3rd one is beyond my justification.

I slept at 1 am. - Sleep early

Woke up at 4 am. - Rise early

And I just finished watching King of Beggar by Stephen Chow.

Healthy? You tell me.

Like dancing? I used to dance (randomly) in clubs. Used to laugh at people's lame dance move but I believe I might have been laughed by other people as well! Hahaha.... but its alright, clubbing, just for the sake of fun!

Check out this guy's dance move. He made me laugh. Not because it's lame, but because we somehow grow in the evolution of these dance moves.

I believe when you see the familiar one, you will burst out laughing like I did.

Thanks to my bradder who has just quitted s-p-a, DEO! lol =)

Shopping Spree

This was my day.

I was really stressful during exams. So much so that I had the urge of spending money and going shopping in the middle of my revision session.

Finally the time has comeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

My shopping trip didn't started off well. To be honest, I didn't find anything which was compliment on me at all in the first 2 hours. And the summer collections, urghh limited varieties and, wouldn't say they were ugly but just weren't something that I like.

Anyway, things started to go on well after that, and better and better, and eventually, bad (bankrupt, pok kai).

So these are my new belongings now. lol.

These are the accessories I got from H&M.

I have always wanted bracelets like this to tie on wrist, but I couldn't find them in KL at all. I used to buy those long strings and tie them up on my wrist. Well, spent me about 5 minutes or so because I either had to struggle to tie it with one hand, or with the aid of my mouth. So after a while, I prefer to have 5 more minutes sleep than waking up earlier to tie those freaking strings. Hence I stopped wearing them.

I didn't know which colour was better. So I got them all. Hahaha...

My main shopping target was to get a pair of shoes. Hence, I went to Size? but didn't see any pair which I fancy. I was kinda disappointed, yet I didn't give up. I was walking round and round the shops for a few times, wishing I had probably missed any nice pair of shoes which were hidden behind other shoes.

In the end, I gave up and left with disappointment.

I passed by Office and well, I always think Office specialised in ladies' shoes, and so I went in with the least hope I could put.

The less you hope, the more surprise you get.

It's a pair of Nike 6.0 Zoom Mobi-One. =)

I got this shirt from Topshop. Cheryl's comment: Too casanova-ish. Which means I am not casanova enough to look casanova-ish. I don't have the casanova feel. -_-

I think its probably the stress level I had, that I had set a higher level of acceptance on price on my shopping today. Therefore, I had gotten myself something which I often touched and touched, felt and felt and left without it from the shop.

Quiksilver beachwear. Bali here I come!!! Muahahaha...

People who have been to Oxford Street with me, will know that I always end up at..............?

Yes, Lilywhites. For........................?

Yes, jerseys.

I was supposed to buy loads of jersey back to Msia for my dad, my dad's friend, my dad's friend's son and etc. but there was literally only XL and L jerseys left. Since I couldn't get them those jerseys that they want, I got myself one instead.

Hahahaha....

I realise I like white very much. Scroll up and look. My shoes. My shirts. My beachwear. And the white bracelet.

Err... Yeah its a lady's one. I have fetish on female's jersey. lol.
(if in any sense you think I buy it for myself, no I DON'T wear female's jersey!)

So there ends my shopping trip? Well, almost.

After all these, I went to China Town to get my housemates, who are still struggling for exams, some egg tarts and por lor pao.

Order from the 10 people from 118A & 122A came out to be this:

7 por lor pao. I am not sure if it's possible to get por lor pao in KL. Anyone knows how to bake por lor pao? I don't wanna learn. I want you to bake for me.

Egg tarts. Yum Yum my favourite pastry from Kowloon Restaurant.

And more egg tarts. Came out to be 28 egg tarts in total. The lady was kinda shocked when I told her I want 28 egg tarts.

Me: Bei ngo 28 gor tan tat mm goi. (Can I have 28 egg tarts please?)
Lady: Wah! *pause for a while* Lei zha che deng hai dap che? (Wah! *pause for a while* Do you drive or take bus/tube?)
Me: Dap che. (Take bus)
Lady: Wah *again* !! Lei lor mm lor dou ar? Siu sam bei yan ta kip! (Wah! Can you manage to carry them? Beware of pick pocket!)

Guess she noticed my big and small shopping bags.

28 egg tarts.

7 char siew pao. My breakfast (if I could wake up) for tomorrow.

Plus one Ma Lai Kou, ordered by Cheryl.

So you think that's the end of stories? I thought so too.

But I was wrong.

On my way to the bus stop, just when I thought my shopping day ended there, my eyes dropped on this.

And I bought it. Cheaper than anywhere I have seen.

That's all. Really.

Really.

Wanna know how much my stress level during exams has cost me? Give a guess!

Well its enough to make me DELAY my plan of getting an iPod Video anytime soon. =P
